Our team is fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and keeps your happiness our top priority. Each bundle has been cared for by one of our  hair specialists to ensure its quality before being sent to you. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our product(s) please contact our customer care team immediately at info@yoliopulence.com.


Terms of payment are always 100% upfront.

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address or if your order is flagged by our payment processor for any reason, you may be required to further verify your identity in order for us to authorize payment and approve your transaction. If this is required, a customer care team member will contact you after your order has been placed.

Pending payment verification:

Yoli Opulence has received the payment for the orders whose status show as “On Hold” pending payment verification.  To ensure the security of each transaction, we sometimes have to verify the payment details with our customers. After we verify your information, the order status will be updated and Customer Care will proceed with the shipment.

Is it safe if I send my personal information to you?

Please note that all the information required will only be used for verification purposes and will be kept with strict confidentiality. All the documents you send can only be read by authorized people in the Customer Care team and will be permanently deleted once we confirm everything is correct.

You can send the information to us via the instructions provided in the email within 3 days, or send it directly to the following email: info@yoliopulence.com. Generally speaking, we’ll process your payment verification within 24 hours upon receipt of your reply to our email.

If I refuse to send my personal information as required for the verification, how will you deal with my orders?

We totally understand your concerns. But please understand that we are striving to make Yoli Opulence be a safe platform for both buyer and seller by doing this. If you still prefer not to provide us with requested information, we will issue a full refund.

Note: To ensure that your orders paid via Credit Card can go smoothly, we strongly recommend that you provide the information as required.



HAIR EXTENSIONS/BUNDLES that have been untied, washed, installed, chemically processed, dyed and/or tampered with are not eligible for an exchange, therefore please examine each product in its original sale condition to make sure you are completely satisfied.

If your package is returned to sender, you will be responsible for all newly accrued shipping fees associated with the resending of your package. Returned packages must first be received prior to us resending your package. Packages that have been returned to sender and are no longer wanted, will not be refunded but issued as store credit, excluding the initial shipping cost.



Exchanges are only applicable to HAIR EXTENSIONS/BUNDLES. Yoli Opulence Collection Wigs and Custom Lace Wigs are FINAL SALE. Exchanges currently run on a 1-2 week processing time. You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange if the correct item was received. Please note that issues concerning length and color variation of the hair are not valid reasons for an exchange. Please visit our length chart in the product shopping section to ensure that you are ordering the correct length of hair to achieve your style. We suggest that you take full advantage of all available resources i.e. photos, how-to-videos, FAQs and customer service team prior to placing your order.

We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are eligible for exchange. We also reserve the right to reject an exchange request previously approved upon receipt. Products sent back without approval are not eligible for exchange. If you are exchanging for a product of lesser value, the variance in price will be issued as store credit.

For your protection, we suggest that all exchanges be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit, All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items. No exchanges or returns will be accepted. The customer is responsible for all return freights in a product exchange transactions. Once received and determined to be in resealable form, a store credit would be issued.  If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, the exchanged/store credit item would not qualify for the promotion in question.



All orders are running on a 1-2 business day processing time and a 2-3 business day processing time during sale periods. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped. Once shipped, please allow 1-3 business days to receive your order (U.S. orders), or 3-10 days (international orders) without courier delays. You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to cancel your order, if the item has NOT been shipped. Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours or your order has already shipped, will not be granted. The 24-hour cancellation courtesy is not applicable during sale and promotion periods.

During Sales/promotions, processing times may take up to 2-5 business days.  BLACK FRIDAY & CYBER MONDAY ORDERS REQUIRE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS. Any changes to orders after it is placed will incur an additional administration fee of $10.



All orders are shipped via USPS with receipt confirmation. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned delays. We are unable to make any address updates once your order has begun processing or has already been shipped. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express and must go through customs. Customs policies and procedures vary per country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any customs fees or duties required to receive your package. We will not mark packages as ‘gifts’ on customs forms.

Note that purchases over $200 must be verified with proper physical photos of the customer’s ID as well as the card used for purchase before we can process the shipment. Once verified, orders will be shipped out with a signature requirement. No exceptions.

Orders over $150 will automatically have signature requirements and cannot be modified, so please plan accordingly.

Orders placed before 3 pm ET generally ship the same day. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day.

We offer two shipping options:  1 – 3 Business Day shipping as well as Express 1 – 2 Business Day shipping. 

Delivery times are based on the distance from our Atlanta warehouse.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.


We offer a Route insurance option when placing orders on our site. Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility we are unable to accept any responsibility for the package contents. We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. We unfortunately do not take responsibility if USPS, DHL or FEDEX delays, damages or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control. In the event that something happens to your package please contact Route via their mobile app or website.


All local Atlanta delivery orders will require you to show your ID and sign for your order.


Yoli Opulence LLC, reserves the right at our discretion to make modifications to products, prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page regularly for changes.


We at Yoli Opulence LLC, value our customers and their privacy. Our privacy policy is to respect and protect the privacy of all our customers. All personal information collected on and off this site is kept strictly confidential and not sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making improvements to the customer shopping experience. If deemed necessary, supporting documentation may be required post-purchase to complete order fulfillment. This includes, but is not limited to PII (Personal Identifying Information.)


Yoli Opulence LLC, does not accept liability beyond the solutions set forth herein, including any liability for products not being in-stock for, or the provision of services and support. Yoli Opulence LLC will not be accountable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Yoli Opulence LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Yoli Opulence LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.


Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
