SHIPPING POLICY

YOLI OPULENCE SHIPS HAIR WITHIN THE USA

Yoli Opulence Hair products are shipped from our flagship Wig Boutique and warehouse located in Atlanta Georgia. Shipping hours are Monday-Friday from 9AM until 5PM EST. All orders are processed within 2 business days. Example: If you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday. Please note that business days do not include: Saturday, Sunday or Official Holidays.

We provide USPS Priority Shipping for a flat rate fee of $9.95. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships.

If inaccurate or incomplete address information is provided, it may delay processing. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to prevent any possible delays.

All packages require a signature. We recommend inputting a shipping address where you or someone else will be available to accept the package.

Tracking Orders
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided during the checkout process. You will also receive a second email notification once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s status along its journey.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier (USPS) directly prior to contacting us. Please contact Yoli Opulence after the estimated delivery time.

Do you require verification prior to shipping order?

Note that purchases over $200 must be verified with proper physical photos of the customer’s ID (Government Issued ID) as well as the card used for purchase before we can process the shipment. Once verified, orders will be shipped out with a signature requirement. No exceptions.

Orders over $200 will automatically have signature requirements and cannot be modified, so please plan accordingly.

What is Route?

Route is our package insurance. It is available for a very small fee at checkout when selecting your shipping method. Customers who are protected under Route can file claims to receive a replacement or a refund back for packages that are lost in transit, arrive damaged, or are stolen. The claim filing process includes three steps and is completely self-serve and easy to do.

Return and Exchange Policy

Due to COVID-19 and the spread of the coronavirus, our policy won’t allow us to give a refund, compensate, or exchange merchandise/products that’s been tampered with, has a missing label, or worn for an extended amount of time. The safety of our team, customers, and vendors will always be key to our policies and decision making.

Yoli Opulence is not liable for damage to any products due to improper care or maintenance. Please seek assistance from a professional with expertise in lace wigs for proper hair care and installation. Any consultation and/or repairs to lace wigs due to negligence will be at the expense of the consumer which includes shipping and handling.

What is the On-Site Wig Class Policy?

Yoli Opulence has a strict cash only policy on Final Payments (Remaining Balance) for Onsite Hands-On classes.

Your initial deposit is paid via PayPal if purchasing via Event Brite or Square if purchasing on this site and the remaining balance for classes MUST BE PAID IN CASH !! NO EXCEPTION

Deposits for classes are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event that you may not make it to your class scheduled, please notify Yoli Opulence 24 hours in advance VIA EMAIL ONLY and your deposit will be credited to your next service or class.

TEXT MESSAGE CONFIRMATION/CANCELLATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

**Absolutely NO CHILDREN OR EXTRA GUESTS allowed during On-site classes!

What is the Virtual Wig Class Policy?

Payments are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another class.
