How long does it take for orders to ship?
Sometimes orders ship within just a couple of hours. We are really serious about getting you your order fast. Generally, if you order before 4 PM ET your order will ship the SAME DAY. In the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day.

What days do you ship your orders? Do you ship on Saturdays?
We are that serious about getting your order quickly. Monday thru Friday we ship orders the SAME DAY if ordered before 4 PM ET. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday or next business day if Monday is a holiday.

Do you offer free shipping?
Of course! We offer free shipping in the United States for orders over $250. Use coupon code, FREESHIP during checkout.
Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive in 1-3 business days.
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship all domestic orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) with signature confirmation. Standard shipping is Priority Mail. Orders shipped with Priority Mail generally arrive in 1-3 business days depending on the distance from our Atlanta office. Overnight shipping is also available. It will arrive in 1 business day after order has been shipped.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Of course! When a woman needs her hair extensions, she needs her hair extensions! Overnight shipping is available in the United States. Orders will arrive in 1 business day after it has been shipped. If for some reason USPS takes longer than 1 day please contact them directly.
Is tracking information available for my order?
Of course! As soon as the shipping label for your order is printed you will receive an email with detailed tracking information. Please remember it may take a few hours for the tracking information to update.
Do you require verification prior to shipping order?
Note that purchases over $200 must be verified with proper physical photos of the customer’s ID (Government Issued ID) as well as the card used for purchase before we can process the shipment. Once verified, orders will be shipped out with a signature requirement. No exceptions.
Orders over $200 will automatically have signature requirements and cannot be modified, so please plan accordingly.
What is Route?
Route is our package insurance. It is available for purchase for a very small fee at checkout when selecting your shipping method. Both our international and domestic customers can opt-in for Route. Customers who are protected under Route can file claims to receive a replacement or a refund back for packages that are lost in transit, arrive damaged, or are stolen. The claim filing process includes three steps and is completely self-serve and easy to do.

My payment is not processing! What should I do?
We hate when that happens. Most of the time it is a simple fix. You MUST make sure you are entering the billing address associated with the credit card being used. This is to limit fraudulent charges and protect both the consumer and seller.
I ordered the wrong hair! How do I exchange it?
You were so excited to order from us that you picked the wrong style or length. It happens! No worries, just send the hair back within 30 Days of purchase date to us to exchange for a different style or length. If there is a price difference in your exchange we can work with you to adjust it properly.
It’s also important to note that we exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best human hair. The items must be mailed for exchange in its original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed), unworn, undamaged, and all tags and packaging must be included.
Note: Products are not considered faulty if their condition deteriorates due to poor hair management including heat damage, incorrect care or poor application. If no fault is present, or the hair has been damaged or colored in any way, the products will be returned to you at your cost and we will not replace the item(s).

Can I return my order?
NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES ONLY NO EXCEPTIONS. All sales are final. If you feel you are experiencing a manufacturing problem contact us immediately.

What is the Refund Policy?
Due to the nature of our products, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions and lace wigs are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases or lace wigs. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. Lace wigs cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed or lace cut. Our hair and lace wigs undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best virgin hair. To expedite the process, it’s important to send pictures if your experiencing a manufacture’s defect or feel theirs an issue with your purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
All sales are FINAL.
Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, Order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.
What is the On-Site Wig Class Policy?
Yoli Opulence has a strict cash only policy on Final Payments (Remaining Balance) for Onsite Hands-On classes.
Your initial deposit is paid via PayPal or Square and the remaining balance for classes MUST BE PAID IN CASH !! NO EXCEPTION
Deposits for classes are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event that you may not make it to your class scheduled, please notify Yoli Opulence 24 hours in advance VIA EMAIL ONLY and your deposit will be credited to your next service or class.
